Before joining СÖíÊÓÆµ, Hailey served with the Delaware Department of Justice, Office of the Attorney General, in the Child Support Unit, where she handled hundreds of matters, prepared and argued cases in court several times each week, and she developed a nuanced understanding of support enforcement and courtroom procedure. She also gained extensive trial-adjacent experience in the Misdemeanor Trials Unit, Criminal Division, at the Office of the Delaware Attorney General. Prior, she gained trial-adjacent experience interning for the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office, first at the Norristown Community Justice Unit, then at the Pre-trial Unit. While she involved herself in the intricacies of the criminal cases at the units of the same, she additionally explored her personal interests in family law by working with Assistant District Attorneys who were part of the Family Protection Unit, where she worked on cases involving child protection, child pornography, domestic violence, and sexual assault of both children and adults. Throughout her past experiences, she navigated through complex evidentiary issues and dealt with cases needing huge emotional capacity.

Lastly, not only does Hailey have hands-on court experience, but she has extensive experience examining financial documents and can conduct complex legal analysis pertaining to marital assets or support matters. She has enjoyed herself into financial literacy from a young age, and that mindset has transpired into her legal work as well.
